Kaylynn has more than 12 years of experience serving in healthcare with eight years of specialized experience in dementia care. She is dedicated to revolutionizing elder care, improving quality and enhancing the lives of others. She also has experience in developing new statewide training programs and collaborating in cutting-edge academic research on dementia. She is a NCCDP certified dementia trainer and certified dementia care manager. She is committed to the highest level of customer service and quality in elder communities and won the ACHA National Commitment to Quality award.

Executive Director

Jill is responsible for developing, improving, and fostering relationships between the community, residents, and the families of Vineyard Bluffton. Jill skillfully manages administrative duties and client relations and has more than 15 years of experience in business management. In her career, she has excelled in several retail management positions with a track record of strong performance in high-volume, high-pressure environments utilizing her strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Jill is active in the community and volunteers her time to serve others.

As a nurse, Pat has over 40 years of experience in the medical field and has worked in a variety of medical disciplines. She began her job experience in Labor & Delivery. Her most recent nursing experience has been with a local non-profit hospice for the past two years. Pat and her husband “retired” to Hilton Head 15 years ago, where she was employed as the Health & Wellness Director in a local Assisted Living community for 9 years. She discovered her passion for senior care and submerged herself in its culture. She discovered that she has an innate ability to connect with both residents and their families and has continued to maintain those long-standing relationships.

Lindsay has over 10 years of sales and marketing experience and thrives on using her creative talents to help promote the Vineyard Community. In her career, she has developed and executed several successful marketing strategies which led to increased growth for local businesses. She is very involved in the community and truly believes in forming strong, meaningful relationships. Lindsay is a member of the United Way of the Low Country Women United Steering Committee and Hilton Head Area Home Builders Association Education Foundation.

With more than 14 years of experience in senior healthcare, Janaya has assisted medical doctors and other professionals with heavy focus in monthly/routine screenings, spinal health, podiatry care and encouraging overall wellness. She is responsible for promoting life enriching activities and events, ensuring overall wellness and active living. Janaya has been a part of the healthcare field in Bluffton, SC for 11 years and has grown to personally love the seniors and their families in our community.

Life Enrichment Director

A Beaufort native, Marquis is a highly decorated Army Veteran who proudly served our country for 8 years. He has fulfilled several duties throughout his career with his most recent position being the Assistant Director of Environmental Services at Naval Hospital Beaufort. During his tenure, he managed the Quality Control Program and acted as the Safety Officer for the department. Marquis is devoted in developing a lasting trust among the community and elder population and looks forward to displaying selfless service every day.

Pascal joins us with over 15 years experience as a classically trained chef. Born and raised in France, Pascal has cooked for some of the finest hotels in the United States including the Ritz Carlton in Chicago and Four Seasons in Beverly Hills. He prides himself on new trends and the ability to satisfy his audience.
